‘No Questions Asked’

Our refund policy.

 

We understand students situations can change for many reasons therefore are happy to provide refunds for almost any reason (no questions asked). For example;

  • If you sign a furnished flat and don’t require the bed anymore

  • If your situation changes and you don’t end up flatting in 2021

  • If the bed doesn’t physically fit in your room

  • If we did not meet your expectations around the bed. Note: One of our team members will come and pick up the bed in this case
