Let's say you really want to purchase one of our beds at the best price possible, but you haven't yet sorted out a flat or aren't 100% sure if you are going flatting. Go ahead and purchase any of our student options. If your situation changes, get in touch with our team and we will process your full refund - No questions asked!
Yes you will receive the full amount which you paid.
Refunds tend to take 5-10 business days to arrive back into your account.
If the products are still in their box, then we can still provide you with a full refund. One of our drivers will come back and collect the bed free of charge.
If the products have been taken out of their box, they will need to be packaged back into their original packaging.
We're almost certian you'll love all of our products but in the case that you don't, you have 21 days to get in touch with our team for a full refund. We can also look to upgrade your mattress to one of our more premium options.
