Our refund policy.
We understand students situations can change for many reasons therefore are happy to provide refunds for almost any reason (no questions asked). For example;
If you sign a furnished flat and don’t require the bed anymore
If your situation changes and you don’t end up flatting in 2021
If the bed doesn’t physically fit in your room
If we did not meet your expectations around the bed. Note: One of our team members will come and pick up the bed in this case
