THE FLATPACK GUARANTEE

After such a great response last year we have decided that if our products do not meet your needs and expectations, we’ll refund your order. It’s The FlatPack guarantee!

 
 

 

From order to delivery.

 
 
 

Step 1)

Place an order online at www.theflatpack.co.nz. Note: Delivery details can be updated or changed at a later date if they’re still unknown at time of order.

 
 
 

Step 2)

Your child will begin receiving notifications about their order in December.

Notification #1) Fortnightly emails as a reminder to add/update delivery details.

Notification #2) An email a week before scheduled delivery reminding you to make any final changes.

Notification #3 A text message the day before delivery confirming a delivery time for the following day.

 
 
 

Step 3)

Deliveries begin on January 4th and run through until March 1st. Beds are delivered by our internal delivery team on your requested day.

 
 
 

Step 4)

All goods will arrived flatpacked. Beds will arrive on your requested day whilst other goods will arrive in the couple days following your move in date. We’ll only deliver the bed if somebody is home, unless we are told otherwise.
