It sits snug on top of our FlatPack frame. Student rooms can be small so we ensured there’s plenty of under bed clearance as extra storage. The Middle Man was released mid-way through 2020 to give students the option of outstanding comfort without the price tag. The mattress is built with 23cm pocket springs and is finished with a thick layer of high density memory foam. Beyond the memory foams initial soft touch, the mattress has a medium feel about it. Like both other options, the mattress sits on top of our famous FlatPack base which offers zero movement if you like to toss and turn during the night. Another benefit of the FlatPack base is the under bed storage which it comes with (230mm clearance), meaning you can throw your surfboard or spare bags underneath.
