Step 1)

Place your order online at www.theflatpack.co.nz. The earlier you order, the more affordable it will be. Most of our customers order before organising or signing a flat for the following year.

Step 2)

You’ll begin receiving notifications about your order in December.

Notification #1) Fortnightly emails as a reminder to add/update delivery details.

Notification #2) An email a week before scheduled delivery reminding you to make any final changes.

Notification #3 A text message the day before delivery confirming a delivery time for the following day.

Step 3)

Deliveries begin on January 4th and run through until March 1st. Beds are delivered by our internal delivery team on the requested day whilst other items are delivered in the following couple of days via an external courier service.

Step 4)

All goods will arrived flatpacked. Beds will arrive on your requested day whilst other goods will arrive in the couple days following your move in date. We’ll only deliver the bed if somebody is home, unless we are told otherwise.
